90-Day Money Back Guarantee - Terms & Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the results obtained from using your device, we will refund you the actual price paid in accordance with these terms and conditions.
This offer is open to individuals who have purchased an eligible product and used it in accordance with operating instructions. If after this period you are not satisfied with results you may apply for a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Your trial period (90 days) begins upon receipt of your device as confirmed by the tracking number associated with your shipment unless otherwise stated. If you have been using your device for longer than the designated money-back guarantee trial period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
To make sure you’ve allowed enough time to see results, we ask that you have used the device for at least 70 days, 5 times per week for 5 minutes on the treatment area. This ensures that you have given the device a proper chance to start working for you. We also advise that it takes a minimum of 4 weeks to see visible results. Requests for refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
To claim your money back:
- Try our device for at least 70 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.
- Take a photo of the area/s you are treating each week.
- If there are no noticeable results, email your 10 photos to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and proof of purchase (receipt/email confirmation), or fill in the online return form here.
- All 90-day Guarantee applications MUST be submitted and received within 90 days of receiving your device.
- ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps. A valid date stamp is a screenshot of the photo on your smartphone that shows the date and time on which the photo was taken.
- If your application does not meet our return criteria, unfortunately you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
- If approved, and once the device has been returned to our warehouse, we will refund you the device purchase price (at the time of order), minus a 15% fee to cover administration costs.
Returned item must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged in any way, and in its original box. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money (less our original shipping & handling fees) will be refunded to your original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Customer is responsible for the return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend to use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return to Skincare Options or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Our 90 Days Money Back Guarantee also covers defects in materials and workmanship of your Skincare Options device, but does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; Acts of God, fire, or water; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; loss of the device; alteration; professional use; or commercial use.
If you discover a defect in your device before the 90-Day period expires, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Please fill in the online form here to request an exchange. Before approving the return of your device, our team will attempt to diagnose the problem through our troubleshooting process. If we are unable to resolve the problem during this process, you will need to return your device for assessment.
You are responsible for the shipping charges to send your item in for warranty & servicing. If defective, we will replace part(s) or the entire device. We will keep you updated on the progress of repairs and return shipments. If we confirm a failing covered by this limited warranty, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions: replace your device with a device that is the same as or similar to the device you purchased; or repair your device.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us online, we will refund the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
1. The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
2. You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
3. The merchandise is unopened and unused, with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and where the product seal is not broken or tampered.
4. Sale items are not eligible for change of mind returns, only regular priced items may be returned.
The purchase price (minus a 15% processing fee) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
Once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, it cannot be modified nor cancelled. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to the customer's mistake. Reshipment on packages returned to us due to incorrect address will reship at the customer's cost. No refunds will be issued if the package is lost or disposed of due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
How to return a product?
To return a product, please fill out the the return form here within the return period (14 days of delivery). If your order is eligible for a return, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All merchandise must be shipped back in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way. All parts and instructions must be returned. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Please make sure that the RMA is written in clear, legible fashion on the shipping label on the outside of your shipment for easier tracking. The merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the received merchandise.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide a refund or return for gels.
